The company reversed their decision and the finisher shirts are coming back. It was a long fight to be heard but we got the outcome we wanted. I am worn out from the struggle but relieved that our shirts will be waiting for us at the finish line.

Seeing the count climb shows how many of us miss the camaraderie found in those shirts. It is a long road ahead to get them to listen but your persistence keeps me moving forward.

i wear my headbands on mudder monday, but my tees get worn all the time. and i always get a comment - either from a fellow mudder, or from someone who hasn't joined the legion. and i don't drink, nor do a number of mudders i know. take my beer, give me a shirt!
Tough Mudder is already a hefty expense, especially when compared to other OCR's. The tshirt helped make it feel good value, however not receiving one leaves a bad taste in the mouth and smacks of boosting profits at the expense of loyal mudders
For me the t-shirt is a visible symbol of what I overcame and it also sparks conversation in others that may then join the ranks of TM. Also it is a cool thing to see other mudders rocking their t-shirts and feeling an instant connection.
At the gym two days ago, a guy came up to me and started asking questions about Tough Mudder because he saw my shirt. What a great bit of advertising you guys are taking away. I will never wear any of the multiple headbands I have earned to the gym...
The statement is true. Wearing a finisher shirt is a way to continue to unite strangers off the course. I have met so many Mudders at airports, hotel lobbies, out to dinner, etc. it is a badge of honor we wear on a regular basis. Bring it back!
new t-shirts were defintely a surprise...probably won't be wearing that very often, considering i hate sweating in cotton...

Coming from the UK we did a Tough Mudder in Colorado/USA. We were treated like loyalty at airports and everywhere in US wearing our tshirts - plus we told everyone how amazing Tough Mudder is. It's going to be our last Mudder this year: no Tshirt, no Mudder.
