Tigger needs to go home where he belongs. he is a certified companion /service pet. he was stolen right from under her nose. a friend offered to help her during a rough time and she refused to give tigger back. this woman should be prosecuted to the fullest

This was an injustice to both a certified companion animal and his owner. Until one knows the bond between an animal and its caregiver, one should never chance breaking it.

Tigger needs to be back home where he belongs. A parrot can suffer depression and anxiety. And without his home and orignial owner he can get very suck or woese. Tigger needs to go back home.
