Patrick O'Brian's wonderful story of adventure, intrigue, love and friendship that has entertained and captivated millions around the world is an excellent story waiting for production as a series.
Historical dramas; Downton Abbey, The Tudors, Vikings...all successful. This is just another success waiting for that producer, network, actors and director willing to give it the treatment it deserves and O'Brian's fans will appreciate...as well as those not yet familiar with Jack Aubrey and Stephen Maturin.
