The stories shared in the comments illustrate just how much depth exists within our local electronic music scene. I am currently working on a proposal to ensure these specific artists are highlighted to the organizers. It is clear that the talent here deserves a dedicated platform that reflects the creative energy of our city.

Seeing this conversation expand beyond my original circle has been a quiet surprise. It feels as though we are finding a common language around the value of our local talent. This momentum suggests that there is a genuine desire to see our underground artists represented on a larger stage.

I would love to do EZoo tent as Dave Barbera will tell you our filthy beats parties are all about bringing the high energy music/performance like EZoo , ultra, EDC etc. to people but at your local venues so this would be such a great opportunity for me (DJ Jon Pantofel) to show an prove
Brooklyn needs this. Tired of seeing the same headliners every year while the actual local legends get ignored. Lets get some homegrown house on the lineup already!
A quick little fact: NYC is not the only place to find "local" talent. Some of our best artists actually travel in from CT, NJ, Philly and Boston! Because NYC is the hub of whats happening, we always show support for them too. We're all a big family here- and lets not forget that when referring to this petition!!! :)

Hi all, after much thought, we have decided NOT to add a running list to the description (of artists) However, Id like to have it here, in the comments. So, go ahead and leave comments of local NYC Artists that you would like to see given "More Play in NYC!!" List any links you have for them too, lets get them out there! ~Sam

people who deserve it the most, Dave Barbera, and Resonance (formerly kings of house) google them, know them, These guys could fill a tent at 10 am if it came down to it. best of luck !
