The Coliseum has been the ONLY home of the New York Islanders for over 40 YEARS! It is understandable that there needs to be updating to the Nassau Coliseum as it has aged. However, that does NOT mean that the team cannot return once the work is done! The Islanders will NEVER be accepted in Brooklyn which is the home area of the Rags!!! Bring The Islanders Back To The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been an islander fan since 1975. Although I no longer live on the island, I travel back frequently and attend games. Long Island will always be my home and should always be the home of our team, the NY Islanders.
This move although only 25 miles west is heartbreaking to all true islander fans. Brooklyn may be on Long Island geographically, but as we all know is actually a part of NYC.
Please consider this petition and bring the Islanders back to where they belong. Nassau County, Long Island NY!
