East Peoria / Peoria Illinois and the Central Illinois regions is the largest population outside of Chicago and north of St Louis. We are home to Caterpillar Inc. and OSF HealthCare employing over 500,000 middle class young adults to mid-40s. We just want the cheese cake. There is a lovely waterfront location, once occupied by Granite City, ripe for the taking! Build it and we will come!!
