Kids need this space. I agree that locks should go on when the kids should be at home at night. Give it a shot. These kids were not the ones causing problems.

I think that you should bring hoops back so kids don't bug other people to play on their hoop and then brake it instead of that kids can just go to the park and play on the hoop.

Give us a place to play basketball. Put all the hoops back up in Parkville and Loch Raven.

I understand that putting the courts back up can lead to some additional concerns for our neighborhood, but I think we can come up with some solutions to help control that.
Etc. Maybe we can lock the gates after certain hours.

Kids need a place to play. If we can have a football field, a baseball field, and a tennis court with nets, why not basketball nets.
