A respected state college has recently expressed interest in opening a new campus in Borger, TX; however, before moving forward, the college's leadership wants to ensure that the Borger community truly supports and desires this opportunity.

2- Unlike a community college, the state college will not impose local taxes; instead, it receives its funding directly from the state. The people of Borger should not bear more taxes!
