I spent the weekend rewatching my old tapes and remembering why these stories meant so much to me growing up. It is frustrating that the rest of you cannot easily access them to share with your own families. I am still pushing for a response from the licensing team so that we can finally get this show onto our screens.

Seeing this kind of energy for Star Blazers reminds me exactly why I fell in love with Captain Avatar and his crew as a kid. The momentum is growing and it proves that people still care deeply about this story.

Star Blazers laid the groundwork for shows like Voltron to be successful. Voltron is now a Netflix original. Get Star Blazers on Netflix!!
Please bring Starblazers and the Live Action film version Space Battleship Yamato to the Netflix service.
Grew up watching Star Blazers and absolutely loved it. After school had to get home and watch every episode. Couldnt miss an episodes , suck an amazing show with so much drama and great storytelling. Needs to return to tv again and show this generation what a great anime truely is. Please bring back this classic for a new generation and the true fans.
I loved this as a kid and if he-man can be on Netflix then Starblazers should be as its nostalgic too for many of us!!!!
Don't let future generations of otaku within the western world be deprived of legal access to what gave birth to Japanese animation's contemporary age,
Americans like Yamato too!!
i would love to see this old anime tv show on Netflix and not having to rely on the internet

I loved this show as a kid and have been hoping for a USA live action release. Nonetheless, I would binge upon Star Blazers like I did with Sons of Anarchy if given the opportunity. Netflix are you listening?
