Return Sophie to the Mizikar family. I think Westmoreland County Humane Society needs investigated at this point. Why didn't they post her picture, return the families calls, lie and say they hadn't had a German shepherd recently, say the dog I'll get adopted it out, and on and on. Where there's smoke there's fire. Well, there's s heck of a lot of smoke. Where is justice and accountability. What happened to morals and doing the right thing. Has is sending s terrible message to the community and animal lovers.

Sophie needs brought home to her real family.. How would anyone like it if basically your child was ripped from your family without even a chance to be reunited EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE LOVED AND CARED FOR. this is no different for our animal fur babies they are FAMILY period.

This is awful, the dog was chipped and should have been returned to the rightful owner, we get pets chipped so they can be returned home, someone needs to be held responsible for this mess up and Sophie needs returned immediately to her real owner !!
