Recently Friendly's restaurants all over the country stopped serving soft-serve ice cream. I am upset over this because not everyone who goes to Friendly's likes hard ice cream; some people only like soft-serve, so to please everyone's tastes and palettes, all Friendly's restaurants should start selling soft-serve ice cream as well as hard ice cream - plus Flavor-burst soft-serve as seen at some ice cream eateries that serve soft-serve as well as hard ice cream. Also, the Friend-Z's are better off being made with soft-serve, not hard ice cream because these treats are the Friendly's equivalent to a McFlurry at McDonald's, a Blizzard at Dairy Queen, et al.
