Bring snack time back!
Allow healthy snacks during break time in shop areas. By this time of the day students are starving. We aren't able to focus on our work because we are too focused on how hungry we are. Some students do not have lunch until nearly 12:00 and even though they do offer free breakfast, some students don't have the time due to their bus being late or other reasons. Even then you have to be in class by 7:40am which doesn't leave students a whole lot of time to eat and if they do eat, they will go 5 hours without eating again. They are also trying to reduce obesity nationwide and whatever little calories you consume, the body holds onto, if you are not eating properly. As stated in the link you should eat every 3 hours. Waiting 5 hours to eat is too long to keep us healthy. We all want the best for students; their bodies, minds and overall health are all affected by foods.
