Sketch is a program in Toronto that creates opportunities for young people (ages 16 to 29) living street involved, homeless or otherwise, to experience the arts, to build leadership and economic self sufficiency in the arts. This program lets teens express themselves the way that they want to if they are homeless or in need and would not have these opportunities otherwise.My goal is to expand this program to the Ottawa and surrounding area because there are people in our community that could use this. I would like to see this program municipally funded and I believe that the program has a lot to offer the community. The program takes street involved youth and put their time into good use and keep them out of trouble
