Those who have seen the show will understand why this is here. (along with many other petitions on other websites regarding the subject.) Shining Time Station was the show that introduced Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends to America and it was a beautiful masterpiece of a Program. It first started on PBS from 1989-1998, then moved to FOX Family (the channel now known as ABC Family nowadays) from 1998-1999 and it was last seen on Nick Jr. to promote Thomas and the Magic Railroad in the year 2000. The show should be allowed to be brought back just as it is right to allow shows such as Full House, Family Matters, The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air, Seinfeld and many others that stopped producing episodes years ago yet continue to air in reruns today. The show can be brought back either to PBS or Nick Jr. OR Can be broadcast on the HUB (A/N: Having the show on the HUB wasn't my original idea nor was having it back on PBS, personally, I would LOVE seeing it on Nick Jr. again). Shining Time Station is also the one show that is not being released on DVD so if you want the show to be relevant outside of the internet again, sign and voice your thoughts.
