Plans had been made by all.....and some already registered for an event on ur ammended date...... Furthermore i believe whatever event the gov intended to hold will not affect them and not the whole country is coming to support us run on that day. I see no reason to defer the date

It is very unfair to those who had trained and make all necessary arrangements. Why not make the month of October as Msia Sports Month instead? So that everything will not be cramp up in one day only. Next year no prob. Hv it your way. But to hv a confirmed date like this being shifted, is really a total disappointment for most of the runners. Pls be considerate.

Organisers of SCKLM managed to discredit this fantastic event by allowing KBS to hijack it! Standard Chartered as a title sponsor should pay attention to all these negativity and force the event back to its original date. This event is receiving numerous negative comments which is not great for the brand of Standard Chartered.

It such a shame KBS hijacking such a premier event like SCKLM. Very inconsiderate of them just to increase the numbers of participant for National Sport Day. Do they even care about the runners at the first place? Running is something so pure but from what I see now, it is already started to be tainted with unnecessary politic! Hear us out!! Please change it back to 4 Oct..
