This law is wrong. The welfare of these boys should come before any law. The dad should not have any rights now. He won't get to look after them with the sentence he will receive so the government we have should waver this law and let them be close to family and there mum.

This should actually be a no brainer .
But I'm certain the Australian legislation is keeping this from happening. And I'm sicken to my stomach that these poor children who had nothing to do with there situation are having to endure this pain on top of what they are already going through !
Wake up Australia . This man Killed his wife and left these children parent less . For his own selfish motives.

Same thing with my daughter not allowed back home because the father who tried to kill her and raped her older sister refuses to return her home to n.z and court accapted this.
