Bring Sandra's boys back to New Zealand to be cared for by her family. These innocent children have suffered enough in the tragic loss of their mother and need to be settled with family members in NZ.

All rights should be relinquished once they commit a crime. The best place for these children are to be in a loving environment not with a mate of or family of a murderer.

Thoughts and prayers go out to sandra and her family....especially the kids, the fact that the father can make decisions behind bars is beyond a joke...he is the sole reason why his children will be raised without both of their parents...considering the circumstances of sandras death the father is obviously not of sound mind and therefore should not be able to make decisions on behalf of the children. Sandra no longer has a choice in her childrens life so why should he!

That law sucks. I'm confused!
Where are the kids rights? Where are her rights? Where are her families rights? They all are victims in this situation.
Why should he have rights he caused the situation the kids are in where they are left motherless?
Shouldn't his rights be removed because he committed murder? Or is he still an alleged murderer where he still maintains his rights until he's been convicted?
No ones got rights except for him! Doesn't seem right!
He's selfish for doing what he's done then denying his kids to be with her!
They are going to resent & hate him more than ever now!
I feel sorrow for his kids, her family and the stress his family will also be going through they too are victims but will potentially feel guilty for what he has done!

In my experience working with the QLD Child Protection frame work. If the kids are fully understanding of the situation current and possible outcomes of the future, and are able to articulate this to the powers that be, there's a chance they will rule in their favor. All the best.
