Let the children return to NZ where they will be safe with family who are caring. Their father take care of them behind bars, they will prob end up in the care of the state which is unnecessary as their family are ready and willing to have the boys with them in NZ. Dont make it harder for them than it already is having to deal with such a tragic event in their lives.

This really sadden me ...... I hope the family get the result they deserve ... Bloody Aussie law ... They don't help kiwi's when they need it ... then they give him rights ... After what he has done .... AUSTRALIAN SYSTEM SUCKS .... Alofa Tele to the family ....
