Kids deserve to be with Mothers Family.... The Dad had his rights taken away.... Giving the dad the chance to have his day in where the kids should be is giving him the chance to ruin kids life from behind bar.....RIP Sandra.

My thoughts are with the family at this heartbreaking time. In the best interests of the child legal practice certainly needs to be applied here.

Disgusting. .. his parental rights should've stopped once he murdered Sandra. . I think it's wrong he still has the right to decide anything for hi children since he took the life of the it mother.. how can he be seen as sane enough to make decisions for his kids

It's sad enough he takes her life but even sadder that he STILL has the say where the kids can an can't go, Just not right he should have no say wot so ever he gave that right up when he took her out, big love to you all mwah xxx

This law stopping the children from leaving Australia needs to be abolished, given the circumstances ALL rights should immediately cease! I'm sure all of NZ and Aussies are behind you. Keep fighting!!!! Arohatinonui to you all the family of Sandra and most of all her children.
