Children should always be with there mother. She was the carer. People behind bars should never have a say. If they loved their kids so much they wouldn't commit such a crime to get them behind bars in the first place. Kids over anything and everything. They deserve to be with their mother. Your ruin their future if you don't.

The kids has a right to go to their mums funeral and also to go home to the people that loves them their dad has alredy done something that stop the kids believing in him if you dont remove them he might killed them too now you know what he is capable of doing
