These children should be protected! How is the father even allowed to have a say when he has committed a violent crime - last time i checked, you kind of lose the right to make such decisions when you evilly commit murder.. unbelievable! Bring these boys home, they deserve safety and love and care. It's child abuse to leave children in the care of abusers and criminals.
