Those children need their family to be able to help them grieve at this tragic time. He needs to keep his mouth shut as he shouldnt get a say, he made the decision to lose his rights when he decided to take their mother away from them. Prayers go out to those babies as they try to cope with the loss of their mother and the hand of their father. No one should have to do that

The Law needs to change in circumstances such as these, when one parent takes the life and rights of the other parent, they should automatically lose their rights to decline the children from farewelling their mother!!! Where is the justice in that.. Australia you need to do whats right by the boys and their dear mother whom they will never get hugs, kisses, smiles from or even hear her speak, share birthdays, milestones, graduations and simply watch them grow up, the list goes on.... They are becoming victims themselves now with the law and its rules, this will forever taunt and hurt them not being able to be with their mother one last time before she is visually gone from their lives forever..Let them come home!!!

Please let the children return to New Zealand to say their goodbyes to their mum. It's the least that could be done to be honest considering the circusmtances. I'm so sorry for the family that you have to go through this. I hope the children are allowed to return to New Zealand so they can be in the care of their family where they will be safe. Thank you.

My aroha prayers and thoughts go out to the family and especially sons of this beautiful wahine....but Australia, this is BS red tape bureaucracy at its most pathetic! These boys need to be able to go and farewell and grieve for their mother and that man should have NO say in the matter! They have been victimised enough.

The law is being tested in this case, the father should not have the final decision, the welfare of the children needs to be at the forefront of any decisions
