He should have lost his right to make decisions for these children when he took there mother life these children have enough to cope with at such young ages they should be with there mothers family who will love them and care for them and help them through this. These kids individually have the right and free will to choose to stay with the father and/or go with the mother, they are still their parents regardless. Even if one kid chooses to stay but the other chooses to go. This also should apply for the two families, if either one or both parents are deceased or in this case in jail. Children still have the free will to choose and should able to engage with both families if these kids wants. They are still family and should choose to stay close with relatives' family homes that they find comfort in and that they feel safe. If these kids choose neither because they do not want to or unsure, then they should be advised and be taken under the care of government services provided for such situations.

These boys deserve to say goodbye to their mum and to be brought up with the love and support of her family and to be where they can visit their mum whenever they need.

The father doesn't have the right over his children anymore, he lost that right when he killed Sandra...The boys should be given to Sandra's family...This law is so stupid, he's a killer not a parent
