Unfortunately the family court are not the greatest I would going to Nz embassy asking for help it there job.. If children are all New Zealander which is grey area here and hold Nz password the ain't meant to be stopped from returning home..:

The Father gave up his right, when he killed their mother, so why can't a lawyer get a written statement signed by him to agree for the boys to go home for their MOTHERS sake, he's going to be jailed for a while, So who will look after the boys then, Kelvin Davis can't you help this whanau bring their mokos home
