He lost his right as a father when he decided to take there mothers life. So the kids should go back with the mothers family to NZ to grieve & get stability back in their lives. Thats my strong opinion.

How can someone that is behind bars for taking the live of their childrens mother, have any rights regarding their upbringing. He lost the right to be a parent when he took Sandras life in my opinion.
