Russ was instrumental in troubleshooting several of the complicated issues I had with some of my Otis equipment. I learned a lot from him in the brief time on the phone as well as the time I spent back in Mimi e for his Otis class. He was by far the best Otis tech to talk to when you called our tech support line witb a Otis problem!
