My fiancé Rickey Cain is on parole.. well he was suppose to be getting off November 21st 2013 and now he is sitting back in prison because a girl made a false report on him saying that he put a knife to her throat and told her to shut up.. i have voice recordings in my phone of one of the people that lives in the house hold where this supposedly happend at saying he didn't hear anything when the incident supposedly took place.. Now my fiancé is on parole for something totally different and he has never had a violent crime on his record.. I know my fiancé he wouldn't do something like this.. i just want him home because now he is looking at a class d felony and in the state of Missouri that can give him up to 4 years in the state prison.. please help me i just want him home.!!
