Management has the responsibility to mitigate and manage through obstacles professionally and responsibly. “Silence” to Quick Trade development requests is neither professional nor responsible. Additionally, it continues to foster a toxic and disrespectful work environment that creates distrust between employees and Management. If an employee uses “silence” to a Management request, that is considered “insubordination”. Respectful communication works both ways.
