I love this man. I marched in the Ocean of Soul in 2010, after not being able to read music anymore since the 7th grade. Prof Gibson has been there by himself to teach me to read music again, and motivate me to keep pushing and not give up. He is the reason how I got to march. Its always been my dream since elementary and he has made it possible. He has really been a big impact of my life and even though I stopped attending school, he still motivates me till this day. He is a good man and he deserves to be back at Texas Southern, where he has made history and still making history.

It makes no sense to take this man out of his job mid season when he is the only Director that fits for us.
I feel as if firing him is unjust
Please reinstate this gentleman!

Keep that man working. Let his situation be used to prevent the next person from making the same mistakes
We need him back there now.
Please reconsider giving Mr. Gipson his job back. He is making a big difference in the life of the students and in that community.
