I first had Portillo's at 9 years old at a sleepover at the neighbors house.when I went home and asked my mother why I was 9 and had never had Portillo's she replied honey we can't afford that. My response was when I'm old enough I'm going to get a job there.... Portillo's in Bolingbrook was my fist job.....I am now and have sent emails phone calls and letters begging Portillo's to move to North Texas....I will even scout locations, Aubrey area on 380 , Frisco, Denton, Addison, Plano are all great locations...just please come here 1000's of Chicago natives long for great food.
