Here are a few reasons why PokeVision should be brought back:

1.) PokeVision was used by millions of people to determine where pokemon were located due to a glitch with the Pokemon Go footsteps.

2.) PokeVision was not causing any harm to the Pokemon GO application, they were just providing useful information.

3.) PokeVision respect Niantic and/or Nintendo's wishes by closing PokeVision down when asked.

4.) The foot step glitch WAS there and now is removed. PokeVision helps with this case.

5.) PokeVision was not collecting any data from users such as usernames or passwords, therefore they are NOT a threat to Pokemon GO, they were simply helping the community.

In my opinion Niantic / Nintendo should temporarily allow PokeVision continue serving the Pokemon GO community with their useful information as to where Pokemon spawn, until the footstep glitch is fixed.
