The school board reversed the transfer earlier today. I am drained from this fight but incredibly grateful to everyone who stuck by her side through the uncertainty.

Final supporters
Our much loved and appreciated physical education teacher, basketball coach, and soccer coach has been transferred to another school not by choice. She has created strong bonds over the years with many of her students and athletes. This woman has encouraged many great students to achieve their goals. She is caring, friendly, and always looks for what is best. She is appreciated sincerely by her students. Please help us get her back!

Seeing the response build up this way has been exhausting yet deeply moving. Knowing that so many of you understand exactly what we are losing keeps me going when the process feels relentless.

I left gray school a couple years ago to go to Daniel Boone High School. Coach Taylor has ALWAYS been great to her students, and has made me laugh even after I would come back to visit the school. My whole family knows and loves her, and she should be kept at Gray. Gray school is her home and I know all the good she has done there.
She needs to be back at Gray. She was my mentor sense 5th grade she was hard on me and never gave up. She always talked to me when I was having bad days and made them into better ones. She will be role models for more kids too.
Coach Taylor is such a wonderful teacher and coach. She motivates the kids while being respected. She gets the kids attention. She encourages while teaching and coaching. What a privelege to see these kids being motivated and seeing positive coaching reinforcement. We do not want to lose this great lady at gray school.
Coach Taylor has add such a positive impact on me and she has inspired me to do something other then play video games, she has helped me with basketball and soccer. Why take that away? So many other people feel the same as me. Bring her back
I played on her girls soccer team my 8th grade year after being a transfer from Lamar . She might have gotten on my nerves and vice versa, but I'm very grateful for what I've learned from her .
BRING HER BACK!!!

Why would you want to get rid of a coach that was a tremendous athlete and know's how to coach and harness talent ?? To replace her with someone who wasn't and doesn't ?? Another bright idea from the decision makers !!
