I've known this family for almost five years, since Jesus III was still a tiny baby and I know that he is well taken care of by his dad, grandmother, and aunt. He is in no danger at their home and they have always been willing to let his mom pick him up/drop him off whenever it was convenient for her because they wanted him to be safe, to be back home. He will always be safe with his father, and that is where he belongs, where he is well provided for and taken care of, where he is truly loved.

I have seen and experienced Yuri's complete disregard for the well being of both her children Edgar Isaiah and Jesus Manuel III the child in question. Jesus deserves a stable and loving home in which he can thrive in. Displacing him from the life and stability he knows only shows Yuri's self-interest not that of her child's.

There were a few were I was told from her first and second child's father, that she would keep him away from them. As well as having another boyfriend and going off on vacation with him. She's obviously not a stable woman to have any children in her care what so ever.
