I think if they could get the licensing done and it wasn't too pricey to put the game together they'd definitely make a good enough profit to keep making the game. They have teams make games like Rory Mccilroy, when I could see MLB making a lot more money than something like that off microtransactions alone. Something like an Ultimate Team implemented into the game like in FIFA, Madden, and NHL would be enough reason to make the game. Especially with only one real game (MLB The Show) being their competition, they'd probably sell as many copies on Xbox alone compared to PS4's exclusive The Show; plus all the PS4 users who decide to switch games along with sprinkled in PC players.

I dont understand why it is the year 2017 and there has been no baseball simulator on xbox for 4 years...ea spends money on basketball which they have no chance to succeed with 2K success but they wont spend money on something they would have no competition in. There is no other baseball simulation game on xbox...to me it's a no brainer!
