Jenny is the type of teacher that I strive to be. She knows her students to the core, and she challenges them to grow academically, fosters essential character traits such as respect, responsibility, and integrity, and is always going out of her way to make sure her students are achieving their fullest potential. It is evident to anyone who has seen Jenny teach that she loves her job and her students. It is also abundantly clear that her students admire, respect and learn a lot in her classroom and look forward to her class each day. She always has her students’ best interest in mind and has been described as being a very fair, entertaining, and supportive teacher by a majority of her students. She holds them accountable for their actions and prepares them for a future in which they can be successful because of her meticulous dedication to their betterment.

It is with great urgency that we have Mrs Young back in the classroom doing what she was meant to do and is so exceptional great at, teaching! Our students deserve to continue to learn and be inspired by all that Mrs Young has taught our students! Our students are missing out on finishing what Mrs Young has taught them and worked all year through. Her untimely and abrupt removal from her position has been detrimental to our students learning and focus! Her dedication and care for our students has NEVER been in doubt throughout her teaching career. She has always put the needs of her students first and has gone above and beyond for Every student she has had the pleasure of having in her classroom. Mrs Young has been an advocate and a wonderful fun loving role model for the students at CCA whether they are in her classroom or not. Now, our students are offered less help and assistance in the classroom and have become saddened, disappointed, discouraged and distracted by this drastic and disheartening move to remove her from their classroom! Our students have come to trust their teachers and rely on them for rigorous instruction and affirmation and now that is gone! Our students deserve more from our leadership and they deserve and need to have Mrs Young back in the classroom! We plead you to reconsider and reinstate Mrs Young! Thank you!
