I have been a teacher at Finegan for 22 years. During that time, Josephine Danese has proven herself to be one of, if not THE, most important staff member! I arrive at school by 6:45 every morning and she was always already there. She has poured her heart and soul into the safety and well being of each and every student at Finegan Elementary School. If the best interest of all students is honestly what is the most important, then Josephine Danese should come back to Finegan.

It feels like a part of our school left with her. She was in charge of so many things. Especially supervison of our precious children ❤️❤️

Please allow her to return. She is such an intricate part of our Finegan family and kept our environment safe. Being a primarily military facility, safety is of parimont concern. Her friendly disposition also contributed to the well being of our children. Please seriously consider her return.

Before I retired last year, I had the honor to work with Ms. Danese for over 14 years. She is such an integral part of Finegan's warm, loving atmosphere. Her daily attention to the students' welfare and needs are directly responsible for PREVENTING safety issues! To be the most effective, Safety officers must work twice as hard at sensing and preventing violence, not just dealing with problems as they occur! She always arrived at school way before the students, checked the grounds for safety and was often still at the school long after the students were gone. PLEASE return her to Finegan!!! Her salary is money WELL SPENT by the district in preventing problems, before they are even "born"!

Ms. Danese gave more to Finegan Elementary than 10 of her salaries could buy! If we care about children, decisions such as this should be made from the perspective of the human value of people. Please give her back to Finegan so she can continue to be such an integral part of the education of the children of our military families.
They have so many changes in their lives as they sacrifice for all of us;we can, at least, give them the advantage of such an important human being on their sides.

Ms. Danese is a vital member of team Finegan and has been for years. Her ability to observe and read the children's behaviors is unsurpassed when it comes to the unique dynamics involved in working with military youth. I have know and worked with Ms. Danese for around 10 years at Finegan Elementary and she is a vital and integral person in many more facets than just her security position.
