There are many students out there with hungry bellies because of minimal vegetarian and vegan eating options within Ulster University.
We at the Ulster University Students Union // Love Veggie Society feel that introducing more vegan and vegetarian options in our university will not only satisfy the many students and staff in this university who live on plant based diets but will also encourages those who may want to try a plant based lifestyle as well as promoting the various health benefits and environmental improvements of a meat free diet.
