Allowing leggings would do everyone a favor. Girls would be more comfortable, and everybody knows guys would like it. Honestly, guys are gonna look at girls butts if they're wearing jeans, shorts, leggings, or anything. So it really wouldn't change anything anyways. What's the big deal?
