Our community has a noticeable scarcity when it comes to places people can comfortably do work while enjoying a light salad, buy a loaf of organic, freshly-baked bread, or meet friends for a healthy brunch on Saturdays. Johnson Avenue has a plethora of restaurant spaces available that would suit LPQ, and the literal lack of competition and proximity to several high schools, colleges, and lower Westchester, ensures that it will be a success.
