This is a ridiculous example of government over stepping it bounds. Judging this dog based on its actions while incarcerated away from its family is ridiculous!!!

King needs to be back home with his amazing family!! A family that loves and takes very well care of him . A family that has had a family member taken away and only wants him home! Please!!
