How would you feel if you were taken away from your family? Dogs also feel that same sadness & grief so the thought of Poseidon's confusion right now brings tears to my eyes. This is nothing short of emotional torture for Poseidon & your vindictiveness toward a widely admired police chief is evident. You should be thanking both Steve Patterson & his K-9 partner for their contribution to the community. You as well as I know that this "piece of property" (disgusting comment) has incurred only minute expense to the village. Let the dog go "home" to the only family he has known.
