Poseidon deserves to stay with his family and in the home that he has known for his whole life. Please stop making this about politics and focus on what is best for Poseidon and the Patterson family, which is for them to be whole and together again.

Steve Patterson and Poseidon and their family have a bond that you can't describe. The City will get a new dog, its training covered, plus all of the equipment that was donated because of Patterson and Poisedon. It is a win-win and the City comes out with a whole lot more than they had before, plus Poseidon gets to stay with his family. He is not a tool, he is not equipment, he loves and feels and is confused. Send Poseidon home, get your new K9 and move on.

The mayor either has a personal problem and is taking it out on the Officer and the dog or is just plain dumb . We at #Leo & K-9 Support USA will continue to follow issue and assist this Officer and K-9 in helping them reunite. Come on Mr. Mayor do the right thing.

You let military men and women adopt their dogs what makes a police officer any different. The only people you are hurting are the kids give him bac to his rightful family give him an early retirement if necessary.
