The Executive at WJAR that made the decision to fire her hasn't a clue. Just someone who gets off on their authority!

NBC you have to be kidding me..its a hand stand into a back bend. You show all the muggings and killings and that OK ..NO its just your station looking for rating because you can't compete with the others. I hope Julie turns around annd files a sexual harassment case against you. Then I hope CBS goes and hires her...Your loss ,keep showing Obama and his wife that works

What a mistake you made, all of RI was watching with humor when she did those reports . Your lost will be someone else gain .Whoever made that decision at WJAR NBC has no sense of humor nor do they know how to go after ratings. Keep up the good work Julie we all support you !!!

Lighten up NBC. You have a great talent here and you fire her?? Have you not seen The Today Show anchors dress up and "ham" up at segment? Julie will probably do better someplace else but your station looks more like a fool than anything Julie did on air. Good luck Julie!!

You people are taking yourself w.a.a.a.y.too seriously. Do you even realize how ridiculous you look? Next up: Jim Taracani's late breaking report on TV station managers with no measurable sense of humor!

Be the bigger person and bring her back, Julie was being lighthearted. Like Southwest Airlines singing through the safety talk. Are Julie's managers really that big of Jerks? Quit being an ass and bring her back

If she got fired for that, the station she works for isn't worth working for anyway. Go get a better job girlfriend!
