Making this petition in hopes that it will show the court that i am not the only one who believes that my son should be in my custody. Ive been going through this court battle for almost a year now. My son will be 5 years old in may. The older he gets the more time passes by that he grows up in a place he doesn't belong. My ex mother in law is fighting for full custody of my son even though i have full custody of my youngest child Jaycee. Her son admits that Jeramia is not his biologically. But he is on the birth certificate which is what is giving her pull on this whole mess. She was granted temporary custody long enough for me and her son to get our lives together, i agreed to it regretting it to this day as i did not know she would try to keep him permanently. I have always been apart of his life, Even though at times she did not allow it or want it. Since that time i have divorced her son and raised my youngest on my own. I have a job, a vehicle, and i even did an evaluation at the bhs center for them. I have never had a drug problem or alcohol problem. I have taken two separate parenting classes. My youngest son Jaycee has autism. And i have done nothing but be the best mother i can to him, as i would jeramia if he was here. My boys belong with me, and together. They both are the reasons for my existance. I love them with everything in me. End of story. So help me bring him home.
