For two straight years we've had to suffer a String Summit without our favorite mandolinist, vocalist, and songwriter. It hasn't been the same, and it never will be without him. Bring back the heart. Bring back the rage. Bring back Jeff.
We are gaining momentum but we need to break through the 250 signature mark right now. Post this link on your Facebook wall to ensure the organizers see our demand for Jeff. Text this petition to three friends who love String Summit and ask them to sign today.

We need to hit one hundred signatures to get the attention of the festival organizers. Post the link on your Facebook page right now and text three friends who share our love for Jeff. Let us keep the momentum high until we reach this target for the String Summit.

String Summit is not the same without Jeff. He is insrumental in the heart and soul of what this festival means to so many. Not asking for him to share space on stage with Yonder, just that they give him a spot at a festival whose spirit he played a pivotal role in creating. It's the right thing to do.

He was the heart and soul of yonder Mtn string band, my experience at NWSS hasn't been the same or better without him, not saying yonder isn't good without him cause they've made great improvements since he's been in the band. But that iconic voice and psychedelic mando picking is definitely missed, please bring him back, let him come home!

I went to every string summit from the beginning, I even attended the two string summits after Jeff and the boys split. But after attending those summit shows without Jeff I decided that string summit wasn’t the same and would rather hold onto my memories of the good days where Jeff would make me feel that energy that did the thing that it does! JAB is on fire and that makes me whole again

I have been to 12 straight Strummit's and loved them all, but there is a piece of the family missing. I understand differences have caused a parting of ways, but I look forward to the day when we can reunite with everyone present. Long live Strummit, YMSB, and JAB!

Yes, I love Yonder - then and now - but there is no one like Jeff Austin, and having both at Strummit would just make it all a little better... And who doesn't want that?

Iv Attended 12 string summits and I skipped last year partly because I missed Jeff so much the prior year. Oh how I would love to see him be part of this years line up!
