While perhaps he didn't take the best approach, a user shouldn't recieve a straight permaban for questioning mod actions.
homeland contributed positively to the community and the reaction to his permaban demonstrates that.

Although Homeland should have been more thoughtful when he was making those posts, I still think that a permanent ban is not necessary.

Homeland was a great person within the community and I'm not sure why he was banned. We all want him back here.

I don't know what he did, but he seemed like one of the better users of the site and I know he was looking at getting a temp ban so he could get on with stuff. So I'm signing this under the impression he got banned by accident.
