No chold should need tonne separated from their family or denied the medical treatment they need. I am deeply saddened and ashamed our government has forced a family to this.

It is cruel and discriminatory that Ava cannot access this obviously necessary medication in her home country. The wellbeing and future of this child is paramount, and is being compromised daily, And now impending separation from her mother and siblings. How much more suffering does this child have to endure because of bureaucracy!!

This is disgraceful. No mother should have to leave behind her sick child & husband in a foreign country just because the doctors in this country cannot prescribe the cannabis needed to control her fits. The law should be changed.
