Windstream is awful. Overpriced and inconsistent 3mbps (or less) speed and horrible customer service. I don't know how it's gone on for this long on the residential side and I really don't know how all of the businesses have dealt with it. We need more land-based options - NGN, Xfinity, AT&T, anyone ...
Please get rid of windstream!! I'm A Web DESIGNER who works from home...I've missed numerous online meetings because of bad Internet. We've even thought about moving.

Windstream is allowed to cheat us out of our money because they are the ONLY choice we have. Competition breeds lower costs and better services. It is time to do what you were elected to do; our only other choice is to replace you first if you won't do the right thing!

Wind stream having a monopoly in Dawsonville does a great disservice to our community! Allow other companies to provide us with alternatives!
