Carillon has an opportunity to be 'the place to shop and dine' in PG county if it has the right upscale mix of retail and dining.

I hate having to travel outside of my county even outside of my home area (largo, Mitchellville area for high end quality stores such as harris teeter, trader Joe's, founding farmers, moms organic,etc
