Aquatic center.....local government couldn't deliver. Sports complex......same story. Convention center......plug pulled after dirt work and not restarted. Casino......judge and mayor replaced with anti casino representation. If Hard Rock makes it to Pope County it will be in spite of our leaders not because of them. Clarksville leaders have delivered way more in the last decade than Russellville's.

Pope county should be a vibrant area of the state due to it's location and beauty but due to ultra conservative politicians we've seen opportunity after opportunity for jobs and tax revenue pass us by. We need the jobs! A casino is coming whether we want it or not, we need to choose the one that offers the best deal for our county, if we don't, the state will choose for us.
